MUZA ("Platform") is a creator-first social and commerce platform operated by Sentrion Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with registered office at WeWork, Raheja Woods, Yerwada, Pune 411006, Maharashtra, India (CIN: U62090PN2026PTC257318).
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.
Creators may offer membership tiers, digital products, physical goods, services, and bookings through the Platform. Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish and the products or services they sell. The Company does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any creator's offerings.
Payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. The Platform retains a commission (currently 8–10% depending on the revenue source) and remits the remainder to the creator. The applicable commission rate is displayed to creators before they publish a tier or product.
Creators retain full ownership of the content they upload. By posting content, creators grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and promote the content within the Platform.
Users may not use the Platform to publish illegal content, infringe intellectual property, harass others, distribute malware, engage in fraud, or violate any applicable law. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to any user shall not exceed the fees paid by that user to the Company in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Sentrion Private Limited is the data controller for personal data processed through the MUZA platform.
We use your data to operate and improve the Platform, process payments, communicate with you, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data only with: (a) Razorpay, for payment processing; (b) cloud infrastructure providers, for hosting; (c) law enforcement, when required by law. All service providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is purged within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records under the Income Tax Act).
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@muza.social.

Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Sales of digital products (courses, downloads, templates) are final. Refunds may be issued at the creator's discretion within 7 days of purchase if the product is defective or materially different from its description.
Refunds and returns for physical products are governed by the individual creator's return policy, which must comply with applicable Indian consumer protection laws. Creators are responsible for processing returns.
Contact the creator directly through the Platform's messaging feature. If the creator does not respond within 7 business days, escalate to support@muza.social and we will mediate.
Platform commission (the MUZA take) on refunded transactions is returned to the creator. Neither the creator nor the fan is charged a platform fee on refunded transactions.
